Recently, many areas have entered the high-incidence period of strong convective weather and strong winds in early summer. Outdoor plastic films, kite strings, advertising banners, and overhanging tree branches along the roads are frequently blown onto high-voltage transmission lines by strong winds. Many power supply departments have issued warnings about foreign objects on the lines. The strong winds in early summer have also become a major cause of short circuits and tripping faults in transmission lines.

The traditional approach to dealing with this problem involves power outages and manual tower climbing, which not only affects the normal power supply to residents and enterprises but also poses significant safety risks due to the high-altitude work. Moreover, it is difficult to handle such situations quickly in mountainous areas and across rivers. With the widespread application of laser technology in power operation and maintenance, laser obstacle removal devices have become the mainstream solution for dealing with foreign objects hanging on lines. Currently, laser obstacle removal devices in the industry are mainly divided into CO₂ laser obstacle removal devices and fiber laser obstacle removal devices, which have significant differences in light source characteristics, performance parameters, and actual application scenarios.


The HIZ-NT-QZY portable fiber laser obstacle removal device launched by Guangxi Hai Zhuo Technology precisely meets the core demands of live-line, remote, and efficient obstacle removal in power grids. Its key parameters directly address the pain points in the industry's operation and maintenance. 


Core Light Source: Equipped with a high-power fiber laser, it outputs a central wavelength of 1080nm, which matches the absorption characteristics of non-metallic foreign objects. It has a high reflection rate for transmission metal conductors, truly achieving the goal of only removing foreign objects without damaging the line itself.


Fiber Configuration: Standard with a 3m long fiber and a standard QBH output head, it features stable signal transmission and strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for complex outdoor power environments.


Cooling Method: It adopts an integrated air-cooling structure, eliminating the need for additional water-cooling equipment. The entire machine is modular and lightweight, allowing for quick setup and deployment by a single person. Obstacle Removal Capacity: The maximum effective removal distance can reach 300 meters, with precise control of the light spot within a 150-meter range. Safety Design: It is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as tilt angle sensing to prevent tipping, automatic light-off upon personnel intrusion, and safety distance warning. It supports wireless remote control, allowing maintenance personnel to operate from a safe area on the ground, fundamentally avoiding the risks of high-altitude work and electric shock.
