There is no longer a need for anyone to take the risk of climbing to the top of the tower to hang the rope. Instead, a drone carrying a protective fixed bracket and safety rope flies directly to the top of the tower. Using a pure mechanical gravity self-locking mechanism, it can automatically lock onto the crossarm in just a few seconds, with the entire process being visualized and eliminating the need for manual installation and removal. Once the rope is fixed, from the first step out of the base of the tower, the fall prevention device is already under the protection of the safety rope, without the need to change the original climbing habits, and allowing more physical energy to be reserved for the maintenance work itself. In the event of a fall, the device will instantly lock, and with a load-bearing capacity of up to 20-30kN, it provides a solid safety net for workers at heights.


This fall prevention system is compatible with the vast majority of mainstream tower types with 65-150mm angle steel on the market. It fundamentally separates the high-risk "manual rope hanging" process and entrusts it to the drone to complete. The preparation time that originally took 20 to 30 minutes has been compressed to just a few minutes, with an efficiency improvement of over 75%. It has transformed power high-altitude operations from the previous tense state of "dancing on the tip of a knife" to a "rope operation" with reliable technology as a backup.
